Please allow at least a week for your order to be dispatched depending on whether your item is in stock or has to be custom made. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be disrupted by issues beyond the control of WatchDoctor Creations (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).

NOTE:  For Overseas Deliveries We are PROHIBITED to send batteries overseas by post. We can only send batteries by courier. Therefore if you choose post as your delivery option, you will need to purchase the battery in the destination country.

Returns

We accept returns up to 28 days after dispatch if the goods are still in marketable condition. If you would like to return goods, contact info@watchdoctor-creations.com to request a returns document, which must be printed and attached to your parcel. Post the goods back to us with all paperwork enclosed and we’ll credit your account.

Note: postage on returned goods will be borne by the customer.
